How long will it be before I receive my items?

For most in stock items, we do our best to have your items out the door and on its way to you within 24-48 hours. Of course, during our busy holiday seasons (Christmas, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day) it could take slightly longer.

It will be stated on our website if shipping times will be delayed. For custom-made orders; it can take an additional 1 -3 weeks to leave our studio. Design time will be discussed beforehand when it comes to custom orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We most certainly do! Our international shipping options are available at checkout. If your country is not listed please feel free to send a message through our websites message form or

Please remember we cannot be held responsible for delayed international shipping times or any custom fees that your country charges once your items have left our studio. Please check on your local shipping requirements for estimated times, custom fees or charges before ordering.

Do you offer faster shipping?

We have several rush shipping options at checkout. If you find you need your order mailed out more quickly than the 24 -48 hours please contact us before ordering. We do our best to get your gift items out quickly.

What payments to you accept?

We accept most credit and debit cards, and PayPal is available for your purchases. Credit cards and PayPal are charged at the time of purchase.

Can I have my item gift wrapped?

Yes! Soon we will have the option available on all listings. Until then, please contact us!

Can I have something special designed?

Yes, most definitely! Just use the message area to contact us regarding the type of jewelry items you are looking for and info regarding colors, stones, and metals. We will get back to you as soon as possible .

Please contact us if you would like to shorten or lengthen a chain or cord, or change out a chain for leather cord or something similar.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Please remember that sterling silver and even most plated silver will tarnish naturally. We recommend sealing your items in airtight zippered plastic bags. This will help protect and keep your jewelry looking its best.

We don’t recommend dipping your jewelry in any type of jewelry cleaning solution. If your item has stones or pearls it is easy for them to become damaged in the solution. Cleaning pads made for jewelry work the best.

Once again, feel free to contact us if your item needs cleaning and we will make arrangements for you to mail your items to us.
